In January of 2011, the firm expanded the company’s presence in the Southeast market by bringing on additional agents and staff. Wilson Hutchison Realty, LLC now has a residential department that focuses on single family and multifamily acquisitions/dispositions as well as traditional home buyer and seller representation. In addition, the company has experience in distressed assets, both commercial and residential, throughout the North Atlanta market.
Using their tremendous knowledge of the local market, Wilson Hutchison Realty was instrumental in negotiating over $250 million of real estate transactions between 2008 and 2013.
